INCO Robotics Limited Referral Programme Terms

1. Overview

The INCO Robotics Referral Programme rewards individuals who introduce new business opportunities to INCO Robotics Limited.
By participating in the programme, you agree to these Terms.


2. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.

  • Provide accurate contact details.

  • Be legally entitled to receive referral payments.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
     

3. Qualifying Referrals

A referral will qualify only where:

  • The referred organisation is not already an existing customer of INCO Robotics Limited.

  • The referred organisation has not been actively engaged in discussions with INCO Robotics Limited within the previous 12 months.

  • The referral is submitted before INCO Robotics Limited has identified the opportunity independently.

  • The referred organisation enters into a signed contract with INCO Robotics Limited.

  • INCO Robotics Limited receives full payment from the referred organisation.
     

INCO Robotics Limited reserves the right to determine whether a referral qualifies.
 

4. Referral Reward

A referral reward of £[TBC] per Building will be paid for each qualifying Building included in the customer's initial contract.

For the purposes of these Terms, a "Building" means an individual property, premises, facility or site contracted to receive INCO Robotics products or services.
 

5. Payment Terms

Referral payments will only become payable once:

  • A contract has been signed with the referred customer;

  • Any applicable cancellation period has expired; and

  • INCO Robotics Limited has received cleared payment from the customer.

Payments will normally be made within 30 days of qualification.
 

6. Exclusions

Referral payments will not be made for:

  • Existing customers;

  • Existing sales opportunities already known to INCO Robotics Limited;

  • Self-referrals;

  • Duplicate referrals;

  • Renewals of existing contracts;

  • Additional buildings added after the customer's initial contract unless otherwise agreed in writing;

  • Referrals obtained through unlawful or unethical means.
     

7. Taxes

Participants are responsible for declaring and paying any tax arising from referral payments.

INCO Robotics Limited does not provide tax advice and accepts no responsibility for individual tax obligations.
 

8. Prohibited Conduct

Participants must not:

  • Make misleading or inaccurate statements about Inco Robotics Limited;

  • Represent themselves as employees, agents or authorised representatives of Inco Robotics Limited;

  • Engage in spam, unsolicited marketing or unlawful promotional activity;

  • Submit false, fraudulent or misleading referrals.
     

Any breach may result in disqualification and forfeiture of unpaid rewards.
 

9. Data Protection

Participants must comply with applicable data protection laws, including UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Referral information should only be submitted where there is a lawful basis to do so.
 

10. Changes to the Programme

INCO Robotics Limited may amend, suspend or withdraw the Referral Programme at any time.

Any changes will not affect referral payments already earned in accordance with these Terms.
 

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inco Robotics Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or economic loss arising from participation in the Referral Programme.
 

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from the Referral Programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.


Successful referrals remain valid for 12 months from the date of introduction. If a referred organisation signs a contract with INCO Robotics within that period, the referral reward will be payable subject to these Terms.
